Any yield, capital growth, or return figures referenced in our advertising are based on publicly available market data from sources including Opes Partners, REINZ, Cotality (formerly CoreLogic NZ), and Tenancy Services NZ. These figures represent benchmarks or forecasts and are not a guarantee of future returns.

We are not a financial adviser. Nothing in our advertising or communications constitutes personalised financial advice. We recommend seeking independent financial and legal advice before making any property investment decision.

Our advertising is subject to the New Zealand Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (fair dealing provisions) and the Advertising Standards Authority Financial Advertising Code (June 2022).

6. Data Storage and Retention
